Q: Why can't I find some newly launched drugs?

A: The system's drug data depends on the Taiwan FDA's open dataset. If the FDA has not yet updated the dataset, the system cannot return the drug. We synchronise the latest data periodically.

Q: Why can't I find foreign products when searching health supplements?

A: The system only includes health supplements certified with the "Little Green Man" mark issued by Taiwan's Ministry of Health and Welfare. Detailed lookup is not currently offered for products bought overseas or supplements without Taiwanese registration.

Q: Can I look up traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis codes?

A: The system currently focuses on ICD-10-CM (Western medicine) coding. ICD-10-CM extension codes used in traditional Chinese medicine, and traditional TCM coding schemes, are not yet supported.
